Motionless July... or not

It is the coldest month in the Southern Hemisphere and all should be quiet and hibernating...
However this month was positively filled with one of a kind: President Barack Obama visited my home town of Fish Hoek, Nelson Mandela turned 95, and the future King of England was born!

As we feel the world shift into a new phase it is impossible to lie dormant this winter. The evolution of modern times is as clear as the evolution of man kind. A President, a Saint and a King, all connected with the ability to resolve, heal and restore. Qualities that belong to humanity, that belong to you and to me.

'Co-existence'

A study of natures hidden treasures. I am currently working on my new exhibition called
'Co-existence'. A body of work consisting of small sketches and paintings of endemic Fynbos and Insects. From Fruit Flies to Tiger moths to Cape Snow. My aim is to shed light on the treasures we overlook every day. To inspire you to stop and look twice at the next natural beauty that crosses your path, to respect it's place amongst us as we live in coexistence. This body of work will also be exhibited in Kirstenbosh Gardens later this year.
