1. Deziree Fine Arts
Deziree Fine Arts (Pty) Ltd is a business in the retail industry that delivers high-quality retail products.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way of email. (e.g. booking number/booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)
3. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Deziree Fine Arts (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Deziree Fine Arts will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 30 % administration fee.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jack@whimsicalcollection.co.za and send your item to: Deziree Fine Arts, Unit 16 & 17 Pro Dev Business Park, 83 Capricorn Drive, Capricorn Business Park, Muizenberg, 7945.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Deziree Fine Arts, Unit 16 & 17 Pro Dev Business Park, 83 Capricorn Drive, Capricorn Business Park, Muizenberg, 7945.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Shipping
Shipping includes insurance unless stipulated differently by Deziree Fine Arts
5. Customer Privacy policy
Deziree Fine Arts (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Africa Press bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Africa Press via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Africa Press Publications (pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Deziree Fine Arts (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Africa Press Publications (pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
12. Variation
Deziree Fine Arts may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
